Can we have a trial before deciding?

Yes, we offer a standard 3-month trial period, giving you time to see whether the service is beneficial for your business.

Can we request certain products to be stocked in the machine?

Absolutely. We work with you to stock products that suit your workplace and staff preferences — something that sets us apart from many larger vending companies.

The machine took my money but didn't give me my item.

While issues are rare, they can occasionally happen. In these cases, we can refund your purchase directly to your card with proof of purchase.

We already have a Coca-Cola machine on site. Can we also have one of your machines?

Yes. We offer food-only vending machines, which usually do not affect existing Coca-Cola agreements.

There's an issue with the machine. How can we contact you?

All of our vending machines display our contact number, and we are available 24/7 if any issues arise.

Our current vending machine supplier leaves the machine half-empty. Are you any different?

Yes. We remotely monitor stock levels and restock machines as needed. We pride ourselves on keeping our machines well-stocked and reliable.
